Returns

Every product sold by Petite Marie Organics is backed by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not happy with a product, simply return it in original condition (unopened, in original packaging intact, never used) for a full refund.

Products can only be refunded and cannot be exchanged.

How to Return a Product:

  • To return a product, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number.
  • Ship the product to the appropriate return address.

Items must be returned to Petite Marie Organics within 14 days of receipt of the return authorization number.

Refunds

We will refund your credit card or Paypal transaction within 30 days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is received and processed.

We cannot issue refunds for items arriving without return authorization numbers.

Shipping Refunds

Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is a result of our error.
