Non-E.U Europe and Australia: $12.00
During the checkout you can upgrade your shipping to Swiss Post Priority (tracked and signed for service) for extra $3.50 - $4.00 depending on your country.

Please note that international parcels may be subject to customs charges in your home country. Please check your country’s tax and customs laws to know which taxes may apply. You are responsible for any local taxes collected by order of your customs.
Where products are in stock, orders are shipped within 1 working day. There are no orders dispatched over weekends or public holidays. Please note that we are closed on holidays celebrated in the Swiss canton of Schwyz.
Delivery times quoted above are estimated times from point of dispatch.
Returns and refunds
If you decide you no longer wish to keep the goods you have purchased we will refund, exchange or offer a credit note for the product(s) if you return the goods, at your own expense, within 28 days of receiving your order. Where goods are faulty, or were sent in error, we will refund any postage costs you incur returning the items.
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed, no later than 7 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return items.
Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty.
All returns should be sent with your invoice (or a copy) and details of why you are returning the item(s) to the address shown on the back of your invoice or returns slip.
Can I return a product if I am allergic to it?
Our products are free of the most common allergens such as artificial color and fragrance. However some people may find they are sensitive to essential oils and any substance, natural or chemical, is capable of triggering sensitivities - we are all unique and individual!
For your protection we always list the complete ingredient listings next to the products we stock, so if you know you are sensitive to certain ingredients you can check whether or not they are in the product.
For some products you can order free samples from our website, or smaller trial sizes, so you can perform a patch test.
However we regret that we are not able to offer a refund, credit or exchange if, after using a product, you find you are sensitive to it or it is unsuitable for your needs. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Please note that natural products can often trigger a 'detox reaction' or a 'healing response' for the first few days of use; you may notice increased redness in the skin or outbreaks. In most cases this is a normal reaction and is an indication that your skin is responding to the therapeutic properties of the product.
